Supertree Workspaces & More announces the launch of Supertree Kids, the first entrepreneurship club for children integrated into a coworking space, where, from the age of 6, children learn through play, creativity, and hands-on activities how to think, take initiative, and build confidence in their own ideas.
Supertree Kids starts from a clear principle: children should be taught how to think, not what to think, where minds should be grown before businesses. The concept does not aim to create “little business people,” but children who think freely, ask questions, look for solutions, and gain confidence in their own ideas. This new project is a natural extension of the Supertree ecosystem, creating a space where not only businesses grow, but also the strategic minds of the next generation.
Recent studies show that entrepreneurial education, when practical and experiential, significantly increases self-confidence, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving ability. Moreover, the development of creativity and critical thinking helps children build decision-making autonomy and confidence in their abilities.
“There is a real need for spaces like this, where children are exposed from an early age to initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking. Entrepreneurship is both a skill and a mindset that can be cultivated from a young age. Data in Romania show that over 66% of children who had entrepreneurial initiatives engaged in income-generating activities, compared to 41% among those who were not exposed to this type of initiative. In addition, 67% of parents believe that entrepreneurial education should start as early as the age of 7.
Entrepreneurial education also builds essential skills for today’s world, such as creativity, resilience, deliberate risk-taking, self-efficacy, and innovative thinking – abilities that are valuable not only in business, but in any professional or personal field. We want to build a world of tomorrow’s leaders, where every child grows into a curious, confident, and entrepreneurial thinker. And this is possible by cultivating curious minds and turning learning, creativity, and problem-solving into a fun and inspirational experience,” says Gianina Crăciun, Founder and CEO of Supertree Workspaces & More, the most modern coworking space in Pipera.
Dedicated to children aged 6–14, Supertree Kids creates real opportunities for learning, play, and personal development, encouraging a mindset that will shape future innovators and leaders. Through a program of fun yet educational activities, designed by experienced specialists, the club supports the development of confidence, self-expression, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking in a safe, inspirational, and friendly environment.
Integrating Supertree Kids into a coworking space offers a unique learning context, naturally connecting children with a real business and entrepreneurial environment. Being part of an active professional ecosystem allows children to observe teamwork, initiative, collaboration, and creativity in everyday life, turning abstract concepts into concrete examples.
At the same time, parents benefit from a practical setting where they can work or attend meetings while their children are involved in educational, safe, and structured activities, in a space that encourages community, connections, and a healthy work–life balance.
“We want to help children discover their voice, build confidence, and enjoy learning in an environment that puts connections and exploration first. The fact that Supertree Kids operates in a flexible office space, visited daily by entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals from companies ranging from SMEs to multinationals, offers real inspiration and exposure to the business world. It is an ecosystem that brings together all the ingredients for a growth and development mindset: from modern facilities, to a strong business community, mentorship, fiscal and legal consulting, networking events, and access to resources that support entrepreneurship. Because business can and should be fun and exciting,” adds Gianina Crăciun.
What programs and benefits Supertree Kids Club offers
Supertree Kids Club operates with a structured program of regular group sessions, comprising interactive workshops and exclusively hands-on activities designed to turn learning into an engaging, non-traditional experience. Each lesson combines play, imagination, and applied practices, focusing on the development of agile skills such as communication, collaboration, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking.
The program is built around a series of benefits for children:
● learning through trial and experience, in a safe, inspirational, community-based environment
● exclusively learning-by-doing approach
● transferable skills development, without unwanted pressure
● encouraging mistakes as part of the learning process: “The more they make mistakes, the more they learn.”
● creating connections and friendships between like-minded children
● integration into a business community together with parents
Groups are kept small to ensure individual attention and real interaction, and each session is coordinated by 1–2 experienced mentors from fields such as entrepreneurship, education, and personal development. The format allows constant feedback, active involvement, and adaptation of activities to each child’s pace. Delivered together with expert partners, each side brings its own specialization to transform learning into an immersive and memorable experience.
Supertree Kids operates within Supertree Workspaces & More, in the Globalworth BOC Tower building, at 3 George Constantinescu Street, in the Pipera area of Bucharest. The space is strategically located near the city’s main business districts and the airport, with easy access to the metro station and the major arteries of northern Bucharest, offering a modern, safe, and easily accessible environment for both parents and children.
