As a result, Allianz-Țiriac and MediHelp International launch My Global Health, a complete health insurance that offers extended protection in Romania and anywhere in the world, in top medical centers and hospitals, covering expenses of up to 3 million euro for both routine medical services and complex treatments in case of serious illness or long-term care.
With My Global Health, insured individuals have the freedom to choose the medical center or hospital where they wish to receive treatment depending on the geographical coverage area of the selected plan, based on preferences and on the medical expertise required for their condition, and have access to leading specialists and a second medical opinion.
The insurance covers expenses for routine consultations, diagnostic and treatment services, including dental and ophthalmological care, emergency services, hospitalization, surgical interventions, medical assistance during pregnancy and maternity, as well as prescribed medication. At the same time, it also includes cancer treatments, advanced imaging, organ transplant services, including bone marrow, as well as rehabilitation and physiotherapy, palliative care, and psychological and psychiatric care, depending on the selected insurance package.

The medical services covered by My Global Health are structured into five insurance plans - Blue, Azure, Cobalt, Admiral and Royal - designed around people’s needs and aligned with trends in the international private health insurance market. Coverage is progressive depending on the selected plan, with total annual insured sums ranging from 500,000 euro to 3 million euro, and access to medical services is available in Europe / Europe and Israel for the first two plans, and worldwide (including or except USA) for the other three plans. Hospitalization costs are paid directly by Allianz-Țiriac within its network of partner clinics and hospitals in Romania and there is also the possibility of using a prepaid card provided by MediHelp for the payment of outpatient medical services.

The My Global Health insurance can be purchased by any individual aged between 18 and 69, through the MediHelp network or via Allianz-Țiriac / MediHelp International partner brokers. The policy can also include family members - children under the age of 25 and the spouse aged up to 69. At the same time, the product is designed for companies that wish to offer health protection solutions to their employees as part of their employee benefits packages.
