More than 100 experts from 10 countries in Western Europe and Scandinavia will mentor early-stage tech startups from Romania and Southeast Europe that apply to Startup Reaktor, a program that allows founders to access pre-seed investment and expand internationally.
Startup Reaktor is an "internationalization first" program dedicated to early-stage and very early-stage tech startups from Southeast Europe, with a focus on validation and launch in new markets.

The program is supported by more than 30 partners from the European technology startup ecosystem, and consultancy and expertise will be provided by Strategy Tools - Norway, partner of the program together with Innovation Norway.
Also, through the partnership with SeedBlink, the best performing startups will be able to list on SeedBlink for pre-seed investment rounds from €50,000 to €300,000.
Startup Reaktor targets startups in areas such as data automation, artificial intelligence, enterprise software, financial services, eHealth, proptech, cleantech, edutech & future of work, market places, SaaS, transport & mobility, aerospace & defence, smart-city, cybersecurity, gaming, data & analytics and agritech.
The evaluation will be based on criteria such as: the team composition and expertise, the business model, the impact targeted by the solution, the potential for international scaling, the size of the market, the market penetration and the market access.
Selected companies will be included in four bootcamps that will address topics such as adapting the business model for international development, validation techniques - together with our partner Linnify, analysis and identification of the right international market for launch, access to market.

Specialists in technology, business development, financing, sales or marketing, people who have their own businesses or work in renowned companies. Startup Reaktor is a program in which we are continuing our efforts, this time focusing on founders in the very early stages of a business, those who are at early-stage or even very early-stage, but who want funding and especially want to expand internationally”, said Tudor Pasc, director of incubation programs developed by the Romanian Tech Startups Association (ROTSA).
More than 70 teams from Romania and the region have already registered for the program.
Startup Reaktor is a program launched in 2022 by the Romanian Tech Startups Association - ROTSA, now in its fourth edition and run through an Innovation Norway grant in partnership with Techcelerator, EIT Digital, European Startup Network - Brussels, Strategy Tools - Norway, TechAngels Romania, Linnify, SeedBlink and local investors.
The program will end on April 29th Startup Reaktor Alpha DemoDay, a pitching event where startups will present their businesses in front of international partners and investors associated with the program.
